We’ve met with a large number of new buyers from different places including USA, Russia, Israel, UAE, Mexico and Kazakhstan. We are now in serious talks with two buyers from USA and UAE looking to source solar street lights for public-sector projects in Florida and Dubai respectively. Orders are each worth at least US$200,000. The feedback has been 30% better than last year.

Eight to nine buyers from Saudi Arabia, UAE, India, Vietnam and Argentina have expressed serious interest in sourcing our smart street lights and signal lights. Potential orders under negotiation are up to US$10 million.

Total orders are estimated at US$60,000 to US$80,000. Talks are also underway with 10 to 12 suppliers at the Lighting Fair (Autumn Edition) for LED strips, LED hexagon lights, LED controllers and Christmas lights, involving total orders of about US$200,000.

Talks are now underway with five new suppliers from Mainland China for conventional street lights and solar street lights. I expect to purchase 7,000 to 10,000 street lights a year from each of them. Orders are estimated at US$200,000 to US$250,000 each.
